The person behind the work

A wider
perspective.

Good delivery starts with understanding the people, the problem, and the path between them.

My career at TD has moved through claims, vendor operations, digital servicing, product and regulatory work, and now applied AI/ML engineering. Each chapter has added a practical view of how customer needs, operations, data, technology, and implementation decisions connect.

Today, I create structure around complicated engineering work. That means keeping priorities visible, clarifying ownership, coordinating dependencies, surfacing risk, and helping technical and business partners make the decisions that move work forward.

Selected independent work

The thinking.
The work to back it up.

Outside my professional role, I build. These projects make my approach visible, from technical decisions to release readiness and responsible delivery.

How I work

From complexity to clarity.

A clear objective. The right people. Decisions that move the work forward. This is how I connect business intent with delivery readiness.

Intent to implementation

Six connected steps
  1. Business Objective

Start with the outcome, the people it serves, and the decision to be made.

  2. Clarify Scope

Turn broad intent into boundaries, ownership, and a practical next step.

  3. Coordinate Teams

Connect engineering and business work without losing the context between them.

  4. Manage Risk and Dependencies

Make blockers, trade-offs, and required decisions visible early.

  5. Validate Readiness

Confirm testing, integration, monitoring, and handoff expectations.

  6. Support Delivery

Keep progress visible through implementation and operational transition.

The constants

What I bring to every project.

  1. Create clarity

Turn broad objectives into practical plans, clear ownership, and visible next steps.

  2. Maintain flow

Track priorities, blockers, dependencies, and decisions across the Kanban system.

  3. Connect context

Help technical and business partners understand the constraints shaping each other’s work.

  4. Surface risk early

Bring emerging issues forward while there is still time to make a useful decision.

  5. Communicate precisely

Give each audience the detail it needs, with a clear signal on decisions and next steps.

Expertise

Leadership, with technical depth.

Delivery is my core practice. Insurance experience and hands-on technical work give me the context to ask better questions and connect the right people.
